All you need to know about my private hula-hoop lessons Cape Town.
Cost: 120 per hour per individual (Excluding travel fees)
Group price: Should you want to have a lesson with more than 1 student, contact me for the current group packages available.
Venue: In the comfort of your own garden or a park. The areas I will travel to include Cape Town and the Southern Suburbs. Contact me if you want to request a special area, however please note that I can only accommodate groups of three or more for this.
Travel fees: Depending on your location or the park of your choice, I may request an additional travel fee.
Hoops: Bring your own hoop or borrow one of mine for the lesson. I have hoops available for sale should you want to purchase a hoop before your first hula-hoop lesson.
What to wear: Wear fairly tight but comfortable clothing. Your clothing should not too restrictive and allow you to dance freely. Also note that the fabric you choose to wear should not be too slippery.
Other items to bring: Sun screen, water and a positive attitude.
